When we send Multi-Part WAP OTA Settings, the phone only receive the first
part of the concatenated SMS, Does anyone know what we should do to receive
all the parts of the OTA SMS messages?
We tried sending SMS Delivery Report as well as TP-ACK, but nothing helped.
We are pushing the OT
Are you sending correct UDH values for OTA & concatanated messages??
Usually, OTA PDU does not fit into single SMS, so have to send two sms with
UDH like this
1st SMS -> 0B 05 04 C3 4F 00 00 00 03 C2 02 01
2nd SMS -> 0B 05 04 C3 4F 00 00 00 03 C2 02 02
