Below is the output of log file , I send sms from VB.net program and
sometimes get this error and message is not delivered fully , I even see
the output in PDU decoder some juck is appearing in the output after PDU
decode , before sending SMS I make the sms as urlencoded using the VB.net

delivery report , i am using Sony erricsson Model K608i as GSM modem
with CNMI:2,3,0,1,0
