Hi,
Use only users list for configuration or operational questions.
Remove connect-allow-ip from smsc configuration. Retry, and if problem
persist post new detailed RELEVANT bb logs. By relevant we mean to include
at least 1 send and 1 received pdu (aside from *_resp).
