I guess You should send following data first:
POST /cgi-bin/wap-push.cgi HTTP/1.1
Host: localhost //or what ever Your host is
X-Kannel-SMSC: YOURSMSC // add X-Kannel-Headers if needed
If You need to send username and password, You can add those in POST

I got a new problem.. the PPG now recognizes the
phone number, but now when i try to send the message with the test_ppg the wap
box stops. and the test_ppg can´t find the port open. it gives me an
