param to process the DLR?
If yes, do you have any example for that?

1. Use dlr-url and dlr-mask.
2. Before making HTTP req, you might be saving the sms in db / file. The
status may be by "sent".
3. The dlr-url program can simply update the status of the record to
"delivered" / "failed" as it comes out to be.
In your case, if it's failed, you may resend it.
