there is a http parameter &smsc=smsc_id just use it.

do not include sqlbox.conf in the kannel.conf
as for smsbox you'd need to copy kannel.conf with bearerbox-port = 13

in kannel.conf should be bearerbox-port = 13001
start smsbox with:
smsbox /etc/kannel/smsbox.conf after sqlbox and bearerbox
