You need to send the binary data urlencoded. In other words, put a %
before each pair of characters on the UDH
i.e: %05%00%03%18 and so on...

SQL Box is working fine until I tried sending SMS with udhdata for multipart
messages,
udhdata seems not to be working...
Inserting this value in udhdata 050003180201 results in
303530303033313930323031,
