Hello, I have kannel setup with latest svn code, I want to set throughput for 1 sms /10 sec or 200 sms / 15 minutes is it possible?
i have setup throughput = 0.10 for one sms / 10 sec it is not following this rule and when i send 3 messages all goes together..
