I want to use Kannel (Kannel2) as an SMSC, receiving UCP requests from
another Kannel (Kannel 1).
I tried the following configuration, but it doesn't fully work: UCP
messages are sent to Kannel 2, but the Kannel 2 doesn't return an aswer.
I get these lines in the error log:

AFAIK,
Kannel is just SMSC client not SMSC server :)
You need to buy separate module, like "smppbox" which is a commercial
product, to enable kannel as SMSC :) contact creator of kannel :)
