I am facing an issue when connecting with SMSC using Parlay X in Kannel.
Can anyone provide me with some help how to connect with SMSC using Parlay X

To my knowledge Kannel does not include an smsc driver for Parlay X, so
you may need to implement your own.

Apparently Parlay is defunct replaced by OneAPI. The closest that comes in
mind is the kannel's soap SMSc driver, but I have never tried it.
