Is this prompt coming from the BIOS, or Fedora? It sounds more like
it's a BIOS prompt than something coming from Fedora, but if
I have a Seagate 1.5Tb drive and it works just fine with Linux. I use it to
back up my Windows 7 system (when I boot up in Windows 7) and my Linux when
I boot up in Linux (Fedora 12).

I am using GUI application lamdaprobe for accessing catalina.out file.
the issue is that it doesnot contain search feature for finding out
exceptions in catalina.out file since i do not want to give physical
ssh access to the tomcat server
