USB WiFi broken after F27 to F28 upgrade

Mine that failed (in dmesg) was the Intel Wifi built into a P50 Thinkpad. It's only a kernel issue for me as I can just boot the F27 kernel and everything still works (so likely unrelated to your issue.)
