Strange problem with phpmyadmin after recent dnf upate??

Failed to set session cookie. Maybe you are using HTTP instead of HTTPS to access phpMyAdmin. Had been using firefox to access phpMyAdmin on a system to update databases. Just now get the above error message. Have found that if I run firefox from root user rather than my user it works fine

Either way works. Yes, file.files.nr first column is the current number in use. Also note that systemd used to not load the limits.conf file and as such may have its own lower limits on anything started under a systemd service. I think the theory was anything started under systemd should

Hi Samuel, Dnf info openh264 gives that the version FC33 is installed (!!!) , I heard from other users that they have the same problem sfter upgrading FC38 to FC39 , so I installed the openh264 version FC39 and all runs fine !! Mayby this can help other Fedora fans to solve the problem.
