Anyone noticed that after successfully installing thunderbird with "dnf
install thunderbird" the statement "dnf autoremove" selects thunderbird
for removal?
I would like hear if anyone else has this problem.
Regards, Guus.

Hello all,
I recently updated my F21 to F22 and since the update I have 2 graphics
servers running. Of course, this is not good for performance.
What happens is:
1. I start the system, and get one server under c-a-F1,
2. From c-a-F2 I open a console (usually I play some music from the

$ find ~/.local -name mime*

Hey all,
I have always used MC as my commandline filemanager and really like it.
However, since Fedora 21, when opening a PDF file it always shows an
error that it cannot open "/usr/bin/dolphin" which is understandable,
because by default gnome uses a different file manager (Nautilus I think).

Hi all,
I run fedora 20 fully updated (on x64). I just renamed my .kde and
.kdevduchain to respectively .kde-old and .kde-vduchain-old. My goal was
to get the default desktop, and I did. However, in the process I lost my
virtual desktops. I find life in KDE pretty hard without my virtual

Hi all,
I run Fedora 20 up to date using KDE. I recently acquired a new printer
(Brother) next to my HP (that only prints when it "feels like it").
So I installed the printer in "System Settings" and set the brother to
the default.
However, Okular refuses to use the default printer and insist

This may work as well.
And from then on,
