For Windows I'd try formatting the USB Stick with ExFAT and then copying
over the files from the ISO.
Something like this: https://itsfoss.com/bootable-windows-usb-linux/ which
is the first guide I found, it's for Ubuntu but I don't think there's much
if any difference in this case.
You used to h
ous reasons, but I will spin up a Fedora KDE machine to test when I am
able.
Thanks for your help so far.

Hello all,
I'm looking for some guidance for where to investigate next, I'm not sure
exactly where the issue is. I suspect I'll eventually need to put in a bug
report, but who to?
I upgraded a couple FreeIPA domain joined machines to Fedora 32 and after
the upgrade IPA users cannot log in via GDM

Hopefully I can get that done tomorrow and get back to testing.

Tried installing Haveged suggested in the Ubuntu bug report, but no dice.
That seems to be mostly people using Gnome, but it's interesting they're
seeing the same issu

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1350107 but no dice there
either.

Everything appears fine with the nVidia settings app and the System
settings once KDE has loaded.
I'll try again with LightDM in a couple hours, my ravening horde is at the
babygates!

I'll do both as soon as I can find my USB to Ethernet adapter as the laptop
doesn't have an Ethernet port built in. It's on my desk, but right now so
is everything else!
Should be able to dig it out tomorrow and get these done.
Thanks for your help so far.

Googling suggested a few different things to try, nothing seemed to work in
this case, but for reference:
sudo rm -fr /var/lib/sddm/.cache/sddm-greeter/qmlcache
Tried both Breeze themes, then installed sddm-theme and tried one of those.
Tried with a m
tonight or tomorow I hope. In the mean time is there any other
logs/diagnostics I should check that might help?
Thanks,

Hello all,
I'm trying to install the KDE spin on a Dell XPS 15 and I can't seem to get
the nVidia drivers to install.
I installed via a USB stick, and I had to add the dis_ucode_ldr switch to
the boot options to get it to load and change to ACIP rather than RAID for
the drive, but it installed wi
