My wife's laptop (the only one upgraded to 24 so far) had the same problem so I used the "Libinput on X11 Workaround" option from here: https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/89443/how-to-enable-touchpad-edge-scrolling/ The only oddity is that after an update the scroll direction got reversed
