amule-2.3.2-19.fc31 is unusable on Fedora 31.
If you want to use it, you must rebuild it, follow this note

found when attempting to remove it
One of my CPU reaches 100% and GUI hangs.
There is a solution on that?

Start aMule via command line (amule-2.3.2-17.fc30.x86_64.rpm)
aMule seem to work, but.
