Hi list!
On a fresh install of F14 (x86_64) the default keyboard was "USA
international (with dead keys)". I added another two layers from
gnome-keyboard-preferences menu: one is russian and the other is USA
and then removed "USA international (with dead keys)" layer. Whenever
I logout/login again
