Methinks that better than having a program try to get
128 bits out of 20 bits is to start with 128 bits.
This is especially true if one's opponent is a government[*].
At 6 bits per character,
128 bits can be expressed as 22 characters.
Put the output of uuidgen -r through a filter to get 22 charct
