Trying to update on F22. DNF reports copr-selinux
version 1.40 is available to replace v1.35 but it
can not due to "broken dependencies".
rpm says "policycoreutils-python-utils" is required but not
installed. "policycoreutils-python" is installed and dnf
says it required package is not
