Folks,
I am having an issue with importing photos from my Nikon D90 under F30.

Under F29 when I right click on the camera icon on the desktop and look at the "Open With Other Application" there was an entry for "Open With gThumb Photo Import Tool".  This option is missing from F30.  So I decide to use a custom command, the command being gthumb --import-photos.  Now when I right click on the camera icon and look at the possible commands there is one called gthumb, with no description of what this command does, and there was no way to specify a description when I entered the command.  When I select it it now allows me to import my photos.  The box that says "Remember this application for "application/x-caja-link type" files is also checked.  However it does not remember my selection.  It continues to show "Open With gThumb Image Viewer" as the application to use when I plug my camera into my laptop.

I'm using the MATE desktop.

So what do I need to do to get gthumb --import-photos to actually run when I plug my camera in?

Any help is appreciated.

Paolo
