Let's sort out some things first:
* yeah, use DNF in Fedora. There shouldn't be any need to use yum anymore
* We are talking about Fedora 30, which has currently MariaDB 10.3.12
nad MySQL 8.0.16 available.
* You are trying to install
'mysql-workbench-community-8.0.

yum remove mariadb-com
