Hi,
Does the IronPython 2.0 installer write the installation directory to
a registry key (besides the WIndows Installer keys)? If not, could
that be added to a future release? Or, is there another way to get the
installation directory?

Since there’s an MSI now, could we hope for updates/new-major-versions via
Windows Update? Like online banking, I’ve come to rely on things updating
themselves, rather than having to keep track of various support download sites.

Great. I'm really looking forward to it. My CMS has been running on
Frankestein mode with IP Alpha for ASP.Net and IP 2.0 "custom build" for the
templating engine for a year now. Running two different version of
IronPython in a single web application can be a harrowing experience.
