You are doing save_location before authentication. You should first
challenge the REGISTER for authentication and then do save_location.

PLease, read the error message carefully, it's telling you that your
database tables are not created or field names are incorrect in your
configuration...

STUN does not work with symmetric NATs. Instead you'll nedd to use
RTPProxy or Mediaproxy to act like a 'man in the middle' of the media.
What is your problem more accurately?

You can also check if RTP is ariving to Asterisk by doing 'rtp set
debug on' in the CLI.

Kamailio does support multidomain, check the 'domain' module.
The ability for the user from domain A to register to domain B is not
usually allowed, because the user you create will be something like
u...@domaina.com
Domain module's doc is very self explanatory, give it a try :)

That error was caused because of the lack of srweb database (if I
remember well). Make a fresh installation of Kamailio 1.5.1 and you're
done :)

I think you have missed the user part of the ruri, abc should be something
like sip:u...@domain.com

Check the location table to see if bflag 7 is stored, because

Are you explicitly not permitting notify requests in your kamailio config?
How are you routing them?

First you need to have Kamailio and Asterisk integrated in a way
Asterisk 'believes' HE is the one having the users registered (you can
do it by using realtime and MySQL views, info at the wiki). Have you
done it?
If so, you just need to load presence_mwi modue

Yes, you need to specify the domain. Either by setting SIP_DOMAIN
variable or if you are using domain module or don't have the variable
set indicating u...@domain:
sipproxy:~# kamctl ul show saghul

If you are going to 'ping' the server you could deactivate the udp
ping by setting natping_interval to 0.
http://www.kamailio.org/docs/modules/1.5.x/nathelper.html#id2453019
Nevertheless, I would keep it active, and set ping_nated_only to 1, so
you just ping clients which are known to be behind NA
Try this options in your configuration file:
debug=6
fork=no
log_stderror=yes
And start kamailio just by executing 'kamailio', without the init
script, so you'll be able to see what happens.

EC2 can be a good solution if you need lots of capacity for a short
ammount of time, but in any other case a dedicated server seems like a
better idea.
My 2 cents,

Hi,
You have to configure usrloc to use your database (see db_mode and
db_url) and auth_db module so you can also authenticate users from the
database.

I'm using 1.5.0 version here with no problem. I see you are using

are stored in plaintext. So maybe you can try this:
In kamctlrc file check that you STORE_PLAINTEXT_PW=0.
Use the ha1 field for the password:
