STUN does not work with symmetric NATs. Instead you'll nedd to use
RTPProxy or Mediaproxy to act like a 'man in the middle' of the media.
What is your problem more accurately?

using STUN for NAT traversal.
Could some people share there experiences with Symmetric NAT ? I see a
lot of places saying that STUN is not good
