Then I started to test run fun3d using 16, 32, 48 cores. However the
performance of the fun3d run is bad. I got data below:

I was able to make and build openmpi-1.6.5 using gfortran. However, I was not
able to compile using intel ifort. Would anyone tell me how to modify configure
options to use ifort? Please give me the instruction if you can. Here is what I
used:
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/openmp

If you list the /usr/local/openmpi1.6.5/lib directory, do you see the
referenced libraries?
