[OMPI users] Is OpenMPI's orted = MPICH2's smpd?

Hi, MPICh2 has different process managers: MPD, SMPD, GFORKER etc. Is the Open MPI's startup daemon orted similar to MPICH2's smpd? Or something else? Thanks, Sangamesh
