[OMPI users] mpirun only run as root

Hello I download the source code run configure and then make as a user before typing make install i change user to root when i try to run mpirun or mpiexec as a user i get the error message [fuji:02101] [NO-NAME] ORTE_ERROR_LOG: Not found in file runtime/orte_init_stage1.c at line 214 --

[OMPI users] mpi command not run in user mode only as root

Run Time Error - I can't run any of the command as a user for example mpirun Or mpicc don't run in user mode (Only As Root) The file ompi_config.h was found in ./ompi/include/ompi_config.h Not in share/include/ompi_config.h Error Message of mpirun -
