Hi, You can start with a simple template: -- DISK=[IMAGE_ID=id of the registered image] -- When you are deploying via ONE, have a VI client window open to get extra debug information. Also, the vmware logs inside $ONE_LOCATION/var/vid are useful to find out what is going wrong. Best, -Tino
