Thanks Ruben. I'm interested if anyone has specific examples of their setup
with option 2 below, creating LVM volumes on iSCSI and using clustered LVM.
Bonus points if it happens to be using a Dell iSCSI SAN or similar ;)

Hi,
It looks like the driver for the disk is not defined, nor a default
value for it. Your /etc/one/vmm_sh_vmware.conf file should have a
DISK = [ DRIVER = file ]

Given a VM created from a persistent image, if I execute Cancel on the VM
everything works fine. I can see in the logs that, first, TM shared´s mv is
executed, which moves /var/lib/one/vid/images/disk.0 to
/var/lib/one/vid/disk.0. Then, IM´s mv is executed, which moves
/var/lib/one/vid/disk.0
