Hi,
When a VM is created it is not assigned yet to any host, until the
scheduler decides to deploy it, thus the hook can't be remote.
You can use the RUNNING hook instead.

problem" with ruby did you mean?
I installed ruby on host, but the problem still remains the same ...

Hello, do you have 'secure websockets connection' checked in your sunstone
configuration tab (dashboard->configuration)?
If so, uncheck it. Otherwise check it and uncheck it and try again.
