That's not supported, but you can open a feature request at
dev.opennebula.org and we'll consider it for future releases.
We don't advise to edit the DB directly, but if you do keep a backup and
make sure oned is not running.

From your logs, it looks like the host became unreachable.
The fault tolerance host hook resubmitted the VMs, and you ended with a VM
copies because the original VMs where not lost, and couldn't be deleted
from the original host .
To allow more tolerance to connectivity problems, use the -p
The MD5 hash of CentOS image was incorrect. I've just updated it.
