I have a question regarding oned CLI:
shutdown (Shutdown an already deployed VM)
stop (Stops a running VM)
cancel (Cancels a running VM)
delete (Deletes a VM from the pool and DB)
What is the difference of these four action?

need to run a high frequency heartbeat, while keeping it from any timeout
