project to build a web-based management console like Amazon EC2, do you

Hello,
With OpenNebula, is it possible to create policies of scheduling for
SLA, for example, my customer must handle a workload with 10 servers on
Monday whereas others days only 5 servers are needed. Is it possible to
create policies in order to implement this kind of scheduling ?
