Hi,
I set up a test OpenNebula 3.6 running the front-end on Ubuntu 12.04 (x86_64).
On creating a new vm I get the following log:
$ cat /var/log/one/6.log
Fri Sep 14 15:19:10 2012 [DiM][I]: New VM state is ACTIVE.
