In ONE-2, we can use the vnet information in the form of [1]
dns= $NETWORK[DNS, NAME=\Public\]
In ONE-3, it switched to a new format using NETWORK_ID instead [2]
dns = $NETWORK[DNS, NETWORK_ID=3]
I wonder what is the reason for this change. At least, I would expect the v2
