Aren't they both providing same functionality? RHEV & ONE use libvirt to
manage VM's on KVM. How would ONE benefit using RHEVM?

The certification over commercial hypervisors doesn't fall within the
scope of OpenNebula as it is an open source project. Rather, these
certifications are available for the commercial OpenNebulaPro version,
developed and maintained by C12G Labs.
