Looks like you don't have the dummy drivers enabled in oned.conf. Just
uncomment the lines for IM, VMM a TM dummy drivers.

Check that each mad is uncommented in /etc/one/oned.conf.
If they are, then take a look at the first lines of /var/log/one/oned.log,
you should have a list of MADs loading. You might find an explanatory error
message there.
