[one-users] Problems with IPs in VM

I have opennebula 2.2.1, vmware 2.2.0. I have 2 problems: 1- I have 2 VMs ubuntu server 10.04, when boot the IP is put on the interface, but the IP is the same in two servers. The MACs are well and are differents. What's wrong? NAME= "red_3" TYPE= FIXED PUBLIC
