Can you check that /var/tmp/one/im/run_probes is in the remote node?
If it is there connect to that host as oneadmin and execute:
/var/tmp/one/im/run_probes xen 8 cadlab
It should give you more info

I am using following onehost command. :
oneadmin@cadlab:~/etc> onehost create cadlab im_xen vmm_xen tm_ssh
It gets to error state after some time.
