It's great to see how easy it's now to build runtime images in comparison
to openshift v2 cartridges.

I was playing around with source-to-image and Rust yesterday and here is
the outcome:

Needs more polishing but it's possible to have Rust sti builds. Note that
it is not an official image, merely a toy of mine.
