Daniel Conmea could help you with the upgraded openshift-ansible package.
However, you have the option to go to the openshift-ansible git repo[1] and
clone it in your Openshift environment. Basically, openshift-ansible
package contains the code in this repo.

Why isn't there a newer openshift-ansible package for Centos 7?
The last one distributed is 3.11.37-1.
The tags in openshift-ansible git repo seems to indicate that 3.11.232-1 should
be available.
Any clues on who to contact to get the builds started again?
