Hi Jai,
I think you are correct - the permission table should also be more
permissive when comes to the errors and skip bogus entries. I will ask
the maintainer (Irina) to fix this problem.
Thanks for the report,
Bogdan

Hi,
Regarding the osipsconsole, I have renamed the fifo reply file from
$name to $fifo_reply_file. It is still hardcoded in the script. So u can
change in the script the $fifo_reply_file parameter and for the path you
can set, in the same file, the $fifo_reply_path. The two parameters are

For the osipsconsole just uncomment the MI_CONNECTOR in the osipsconsolerc

OSIPS_FIFO=/pfx/var/opensips/opensips.fifo
OSER_FIRET=/pfx/var/opensips

Hi Jai,
I modified the permissions module so that now any invalid db entry from
the address table is skipped.
I committed the change on trunk and also on the 1.6 branch.
About the other issue you have found, what does the log say?

Hi Stuart,
but you can use an opensips to tunnel (as a PBX) all traffic from phones
behind it to a single SIP skype account - use the uac module in opensips
to implement uac side authentication and FROM header mangling.

I worked on Monit tool and succeeded in working that. May be this procedure

Downloaded and configured Monit tool.

I am using opensips 1.6.0 and using load_contacts and next_contacts lcr

The issue observed is that next_contacts fails when decoding the stored
branch info when no advertised address is specified and therefore , the
messages are dropped.
