I am not sure if you ever figured this out or not. I just ran into the same
issue and the way to resolve it is to do the following before
handle_subscribe()
fix_nated_register()
So you would need to do
fix_nated_register()
handle_subscribe()

This A2 calls A and A lands on A1 asking A to dial a number. A then

I'm having problem also with rtpproxy (in the logs I read RTP Proxy
error 0 ) .
Both RTPPROXY and OPENSIPS lie on the same host, so rtpproxy is launched
with rtpproxy -F -l 127.0.0.1 -s 127.0.0.1:7890
..
WHich command would you use to launch rtrpproxy on the same host as opensips
