When you have opensipsctl stuck, could you do a ps auxw to see in what

Hi,
Can you share how did you start the rtpproxy !? what is your
/etc/default/rtpproxy file if you are using lsb script to start rtpproxy.
Also I suspect that your rtpproxy is crashing when you make a call.

Btw, as wrote above, I start RTPP. by using this command:

First question:
Is it okay

What to do if I need to load about 5000 subnets.
And second question:
Why it doesn't load 0.0.0.0/0 subnet?

Hi,
In most of the cases as your's the issue lies here -l
10.9.23.41/151.x.x.201 , now since you are putting a / in between the
two interface addresses it seems fine so far. How are you calling the
media-proxy function in your opensips.cfg script ? Are you using the i
and e flags properly ?
A
And do you see any errors / logs from rtpproxy into syslog ?

Hi Nick,
Indeed the table keeping the subnets is limited to PERM_MAX_SUBNETS -
the table is statically allocate at startup. So, if you want more, you
need to recompile.
Regarding the 0.0.0.0/0 :
1) why do you want to add that :P ?
2) what error do you get?

Hi,
What are the logs from opensips corresponding to the 2/SL reply ?
Usually code 2 indicate an out of mem issue.

Hi Nick,
1. Well, I agree, but I'm not sure what will be the impact over the code

doing re-allocs to increase the table each time you get it full
either
doing it as a linked list.
Probably 1) is simpler to do, with a dynamic size for the table.
2. So you say the

Record like '0.0.0.0/0' are silently ignored.

Hello Nick,
Do you have domains enabled?
Maybe you need an alias for 202.55.233.169?
Make sure you have these:
alias=202.55.233.169
modparam(usrloc, use_domain, 1)

Any idea?
Youve Local2 syslog facility for rtpproxy logs. View the syslog file for
rtpproxy and see that it must be crashing/segfault on each connection
attempt from the opensips.

Hi Ali,
AFAIK you can't do this from Load-balancer, but the possible solution is
use variable $avp(IC_GW1) for each gateway to count the incoming calls from
particular gateways (Dialogue module based profiling) and then see how many
calls a gateway has Incoming/Outgoing from/to a particular
