Maybe I have missed something, but did you try without TLS? So try it with
TCP first. If that goes well, then you can start testing with TLS.

With TCP i can communicate, there is rtp traffic between telephones via
rtpproxy.
In older posts you can see messages (server-client via TCP and TLS) and part
of config file.

like JsSIP have the hack_via_tcp to help out :)
