This means that mi_xmlrpc does not consider the port parameter. Have you
tried moving it to the begining of your script?

all the replies (the 180 messages), then OpenSIPS considers that no
reply was received from the UAS, therefore it cannot be reached. A
CANCEL would not make sense, because there is no indication that the UAS

Have you tried matching the dialogs using the match_dialog()
function[1]? Also, for sequential requests, you should try using the
fix_route_dialog() function[2].
