Hi,
Greetings.!
Is there a way to build OpenSIPS as a library in order to integrate some of
its available features along with an already existing process?
The idea behind using OpenSIPS as a library is to curb the need to run an
additional process.
Hello,
Ok, I found a work around for my problem with xpidf and Polycom.
After Ben's comment I was looking around Polycom configuration parameters
and found the parameter:
voIpProt.SIP.presence.nortelShortMode
After enabling it, Polycom phone (firmware 5) is starting to use
standard
Hello Bogdan,
I already did that. But it seems same.
Thanks.

Hi Schneur,
Yes, you were, still the right approach, as Alex mentioned, is to report
and have the bug fixed in the device.

Hi Json,
Basically you cannot use opensips as a library, but you have a lot of
mechanism to make it communicate with external apps in order to exchange
info or actions.

Hi.
In my opensips.cfg I have something like this:
listen=tcp:eth0:5060 # CUSTOMIZE ME
listen=tls:eth0:5061 # CUSTOMIZE ME
listen=tls:eth0:5071
However, the device where opensips run will uses a wireless connection or a
cable.
I can not know for sure what will be the chosen interface.
Video and voice calls work fine with Linphone client over UDP, TCP, 3G/4G and
wifi and when using a media proxy. Did not even try to install a TURN server to
test your case, because Opensips does not have any modules to interact with a
TURN server, you may be at a dead end with that.
In the
Hi Schneur,
Well, there is a reasonable way to fix it on your side - use the dialog
module (have dialog state) and for sequential requests (like the ACK in
question) use the validate_dialog() -
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/2.1.x/dialog.html#id295536 -
to find out the broken
Hi Rodrigo,
You need to fix this outside opensips, before actual start - make a
script to detect the available and routable interfaces and their IP
addresses and use M4 or any text processing tool to replace into your
opensips.cfg the listening IP with the detected one - and only after
doing
Thanks Bogdan.
