Yes, It seems OpenSIPS is not compatible with rtpproxy 2 version for timeout notifications. That's because OpenSIPS always strips the tcp: from the beginning of the socket, while RTPProxy 2 always waits for this prefix. Please open a bug/feature request on github for us to track this issue: ht
