Hi, John!
As you already figured out, there is a timer job that takes a bit longer
than it is supposed to. Unfortunately there is no easy way to say which
timer job, but if you have a lot of users logged in, that might be an issue.
The idea behind the natping partitions is that by default (pa
Hi Bogdan,
Thanks for the response!
I grabbed the update and you are correct, its trying to update an entry that
doesnt exist within the location table.
We will dig into the database side!
Thanks!

Hi all,
I have a working system using v2.2.5 OpenSIPS software. It gets quite a lot
of warnings that look like this:
WARNING:core:utimer_ticker: utimer task already scheduled for
67949120 ms (now 67949220 ms), it may overlap...
Perhaps these are caused by excessive loading on the nathelper modul
Hi,
immediately after starting captagent, which transmits HEP to an opensips 2.3
configured as a HEP switch based on the hep switch tutorials, i receive tons of
messages:
Oct 17 17:03:43 XXX /usr/sbin/opensips[815]: ERROR:proto_hep:hep_udp_read_req:

Thanks very much, Bogdan.
While testing this, I also found something else which may or may not still be
an issue (I’m still using 1.11.11).
I am using the parameter escape functionality on data that is being inserted
into a local cache using cachedb_local module. In writing some tests for this
Because you set the "udp_port" parameter. Remove that setting.

Hello,
i am using opensips v2.2.1 as SBC.

Hi Dragomir,
The udp_port parameter in the proto_udp module changes the default UDP
port (normally UDP) for *all* UDP related operations, like listening and
sending.
If you want to change only the listening port for UDP (without globally
affecting the default UDP port), simply use the port o
Hi Dragomir,
I guess you Topo Hiding on OpenSIPS (I see only one VIA in the BYE sent
out by OpenSIPS to the SBC) ?
Anyhow, I see nothing wrong with the BYE sent by OpenSIPS. Do you have
access to the logs/traces on the SBC ?

Hi Ben,
Thank you for the report. I double checked with the RFC3261 and you are
right.
I made the fix on head, 2.3 and 2.2 versions, see:

Hi Jonathan,
If you see the state transition from DIRTY to SYNC, it means the INSERT
/ UPDATE into DB was successful from the OpenSIPS perspective.
What you can do :
1) ngrep to traffic between OpenSIPS and DB server to see if the query
is actually pushed
2) run "opensipsctl fifo ul_sync"
You can do it the same way you did above for the $avp(test), using string
concatenation.
$avp(newbody) = "
open
available
available ";
Or you can use the pv_printf function.
pv_printf(“$avp(newbody)”, "
Gents,
I’m looking for some companies that can work on OPENSIPS in Middle East.
Where I can find a list of them.
